This highly successful program literally draws students into the subject of Arizona geography by allowing them to use dry erase pens to complete directed instruction activities right on their individually laminated Desk Maps.
One side of this folded map covers detailed information appropriate for intermediate and above grade students. The other side displays basic geographical features for developmental activities. Both sides included inset maps for building historical and geographical relationships.
The Desk Map Program included teacher directed activities, overhead transparencies, and Blackline Master pages for independent work by the student.
